This project included the expansion of six (6) OR Rooms and renovation of the existing hospital campus. IMCOR’s project management team created project-specific quality control guidelines and checklists for this project which included submittal registry, equipment & material procurement / expediting logs, pre-startup and start-up reports. IMCOR fabricated 100% of the sheet metal ductwork and prefabricated material in house to significantly improve the quality of work installed and significantly improve the ability to meet project milestones.
